It was delivered by a very professional tutor, very knowledgeable of the topics, of the theory and practice. She created a nice, relaxed atmosphere. thanks
Chris has a fantastic range of knowledge and experience. He was able to teach in an easy to follow manner and I can now go away confidently that I know that I could help in the first instance of First aid.
