For those managers who have achieved, or are working towards, Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF level 9 and the Management Award at SCQF level 9, and are required to complete the additional units for SSSC registration purposes.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should be working as a middle manager with a wide remit and span of control and must be able to demonstrate an application of knowledge and skills in a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities performed in a variety of contexts. Applicants must also have a substantial degree of personal responsibility and autonomy, and must have responsibility for the work of others and the allocation of resources.

Two units taken from the SVQ Care Services Leadership and Management at SCQF level 10 (GJ9V 24):
H7LG 04 – Manage and Develop Yourself and Your Workforce within Care Services at SCQF 10
H7LH 04- Lead and Manage Practice that Promotes the Safeguarding of Individuals at SCQF 10
Please note If H7LG 04 – Manage and Develop Yourself and Your Workforce within Care Services at SCQF 10 has been completed in the Social Services and Healthcare SCQF level 9 award then only the second additional unit will require to be evidenced.
