Level 2 Food Hygiene Refresher Course
Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland course for persons already holding a REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or other UK equivalent which is 3 to 5 years old. (Please note that, to establish eligibility, participants will be required to bring their current certificate to the course)

Course Content
Participants will be provided with the EFH Handbook and a REHIS Workbook which is completed during the course; using these tools, the trainer will work with the group to identify and remedy any gaps in knowledge which may have developed since the original EFH training was undertaken; achievement of the Refresher certificate is by formal assessment at the end of the course. Includes relevant information on Covid-19 throughout the course.
Certification Certificate from the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland (REHIS) (valid for 5 years)
