I enjoyed the course and found it supportive. It’s a new way to learn which is more open which was really good.
It was fun, informative and accessible. The trainers were friendly and (the course) doesn’t just involve what you do it work – generally sensible life skills
It was a good course, I feel well informed now but it was not too much information to take in. The trainer presented everything in a nice and sympathetic way
The course was more than I expected, training can at times be boring and tiring but his course had the right balance. I have been on a few first aid courses over the years but I found this course the most interesting. I learned a lot more and feel confident after today to deal with situations that may arise
I found the course to be well paced and informative. The course tutors were lively and engaging. They were also open to questions and gave knowledgeable, useful, practical answers
John has a good way of presenting the course and keeping it interesting

I learned a lot about different types of dementia that I didn’t know of before, and I learned more about the types of dementia I did know of
Very approachable trainers and (they) tailored the course well to our needs with our service users
It was a very good course to learn some basics about epilepsy and I learned a lot about different types of epilepsy. I now feel safer working with people with epilepsy.

I enjoyed both sessions with Craig, he was very clear with his delivery, and stopped to make sure we understood. Any questions we had were answered. Very professional but also made me feel comfortable.

Easily understood and casually presented
The information was explained in clear detail and it was enjoyable to practice the things that we learned.
Great trainer, very knowledgeable

It was a great, very informative course. The trainer has incredible knowledge about treating people with epilepsy and a nice way of delivering the subject
Craig was informed and highly knowledgeable. Course content was clear and concise
The course was delivered in a friendly and enjoyable way and provided excellent knowledge and practical information
I think the way that the trainer delivers the course makes it more interesting, a mixture of facts and his own experiences in the field, helps to make the subject easier to understand and retain.
Very enjoyable course, covered all relevant information needed for safe administration of medication.
This course was very useful as it will help me in my day-to-day at the club. This course would be very useful in all after school club environments. I will be more comfortable and confident handling a child that requires assistance
