At Training For Care, we are committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their circumstances. Our learners are working hard to build meaningful careers in the care sector, and we believe that a lack of resources should never be a barrier to achieving their potential.
Some students require additional assessor hours beyond what is included in the course fee in order to fully meet qualification standards and build confidence in their learning. Others do not have reliable access to a laptop or suitable technology, making it harder for them to engage with digital learning platforms, complete assignments, and progress at the same pace as their peers.
To address this, we are seeking funding to support students who need extra assessor time and to build a reserve fund for purchasing laptops. These laptops will be available for use on our premises and loaned to students who do not have access to personal technology, ensuring fair and equal access to learning resources.
