We accept Unit 41: Maintain effective communication systems and practice and Unit 43: Take responsibility for the continuing professional development of yourself and others from the following qualifications as meeting SSSC supervisory requirements:

These units may be completed as part of the SVQ Level 4 Social Services and Healthcare award, as an alternative to the PDA, and are available at the same fee.

We offer a 15-month interest-free payment plan for self-funded candidates. However, if you complete the course before your payment plan ends, you must settle your remaining balance to receive your Award Certificate from SQA.

Entry Requirements
Working as a middle manager with a wide remit and span of control. Must be able to demonstrate an application of knowledge and skills in a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities performed in a variety of contexts. Must have a substantial degree of personal responsibility and autonomy. Must have responsibility for the work of others and the allocation of resources
