Working with Protected Adults

This course is relevant to experienced carers in all adult social care settings but will refer in particular to physical and learning disability and mental health settings. It aims to develop staff’s current knowledge and skills in understanding, identifying, responding to and preventing abuse for the protection of vulnerable adults.
 
NB: If you specialise in working with older people, then the courses in the Dementia section of the brochure are recommended.
