Participants will be provided with the EFH Handbook and a REHIS Workbook which is completed during the course; using these tools, the trainer will work with the group to identify and remedy any gaps in knowledge which may have developed since the origional EFH training was undertaken. Achievement of the refresher certificate is by formal assessment at the end of the course.
