Lead Tutor
Mike Martin MA, MSc, Dip Soc Admin, Dip Soc Work (CQSW), Cert in Management. Mike has worked with TfC over the past 5 years in relation to the Registered Manager's Award, and has designed and run similar courses for Borders and Midlothian Councils. He lectures in law to Open University social work students, and contributes to course development for the OU. Mike is an advocate and board member with Powerful Partnerships, an Edinburgh based learning disability organisation, and also works privately in producing independent reports and acting as an expert witness in relation to adults with incapacity and the mental health legislation. He is a past director with Capability Scotland.
