First Aid, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, and Moving and Handling courses are suitable for all service sector occupations.
All other courses have been developed to meet specific care sector requirements (adult and child).
Access: Book as an Organisation or as an Individual
- Group bookings for choice of venues, dates and timings; cost efficient for groups of a minimum of 6 – 8 places; fees scaled to according to participant numbers
- Open courses: regular dates for small number and individual bookings.
- Locations: customer or TfC premises
- Responsiveness: prompt enquiry and booking service
Standards and Quality Assurance
- Certificated to comply with current guidelines and statutory requirements
- External awarding body approval where required
- Specialist course directors responsible for course content and development, and for trainer selection and monitoring
- Trainers subject qualified and experienced
- Group sizes strictly limited for full participation and real learning
